EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the one of kind nature of my designs, there are no refunds or exchanges on purchased art. Please refer to my shop policies for more information.
HOW DO I HANG MY TAPESTRY?
All of my designs are very easy to hang and care for. Detailed hanging instructions and hardware are included with all orders. To preserve the quality of your tapestry and prevent fading it is best to avoid hanging in bright sunlight.
WILL THE TAPESTRY LEAVE MARKS ON MY WALL?
No. I have hung hundreds of hand dyed tapestries on white walls and never had an issue with dye transfer. If you follow the care directions below the dye will not transfer.
HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY TAPESTRY?
To preserve your tapestry and remove dust particles, simply remove from the wall and give a gentle side-to-side shake. Wood frames can be dusted with a dry duster and conditioned with Beeswax wood polish. Be gentle when straightening the fibers. Do not get the fibers wet or rub them against a wall, this could cause the dye to bleed and disturb the fibers. Avoid direct and bright sunlight to prevent fading.
WHERE AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Ready-to-ship items will ship from California within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is generally 2-5 business days. Tracking will be sent to the email submitted with order. Most items ship with UPS. USPS or FedEx may be used for specific items. Please contact me for international shipping quotes.
THE TAPESTRY I WANT IS "SOLD OUT”!
Each tapestry is one of a kind, therefore it is impossible to make an exact replicate. Once it is sold, it is gone for good but in most cases a similar piece can be made-to-order. Please contact me with your request and include a photo or links to the specific design you have in mind.

WHAT SIZE TAPESTRIES DO YOU OFFER?
I am able to accommodate almost any size. Sizing is listed as width (widest point, which is usually the wood) verses height. My general sizing is as follows:
Extra Small: 24”x 26”
Small: 36”x 32”
Medium: 48”x 32”
Large: 60”x34”
Extra Large: 72 x 36”
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
Kelsey has spent countless hours finding the highest quality materials. The wood is locally sourced and hand selected. The soft fiber strands are 100% pure wool, ethically sourced from eco friendly shepherds that DO NOT practice mulesing or other questionable practices.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A TAPESTRY?
My pieces require a great deal of time and care to make. Time spent depends on the size, style, and detail. The first step is to select the wood dowels, planks, and frames to be used. The wood is cut to size, sanded, then sealed. Each strand of yarn is also cut by hand to the appropriate length. Next the fiber strands are carefully aligned and attached one by one to the wood. Details and quality are a priority tapestries with knots are then reinforced. Now the fiber “canvas” is ready and the dye process begins. The dye process alone can take hours, days, weeks, or even months! Once a piece has dried, the ends are trimmed to assure every detail is precise!
PRICING
Each handmade product is priced individually based on the size and style. Technical dye patterns require the most amount of time and pricing reflects this.
